HP Flow copier scanning features: scan to Word, searchable PDF and more
The HP E877 color and E826 black and white Flow copiers are scanning powerhouses. Scan a stack at 300 images per minute, turn it into an editable Word document, and send it to email, a folder and SharePoint in one touch.

Built in OCR turns paper into editable Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, pictures and text together. Scan a flyer or letter, open it in Word with the images in place, change it and send it.
Every scan becomes a PDF you can search by name, number or phrase. PDF/A for long term archives too.

Never miss a page
HP EveryPage uses an ultrasonic sensor to catch two pages feeding together. On Flow models, reverse and retry backs the pages up and refeeds them automatically, so the job keeps going and every page is captured. That matters when the paper is a signed contract, a patient chart or a court filing.

Standard or Flow
The standard E877dn and E826dn are excellent copiers with a 200 sheet feeder at 90 pages (180 images) per minute. Flow adds the 300 sheet feeder, double the scanning speed, built in OCR and Office export, reverse and retry, on screen editing, auto sensing and the full size keyboard. Scanning every day? Enterprise class security, built in
Every E800 series copier includes HP Wolf Enterprise Security:
- HP Sure Start checks the startup code and restarts from a safe copy if it was tampered with
- Whitelisting loads only firmware digitally signed by HP
- Run time intrusion detection and Memory Shield watch memory while the copier runs and stop attacks
- HP Connection Inspector stops suspicious outgoing connections and triggers a self healing reboot
- Secure encrypted hard disk, and alerts to security monitoring tools
