Business accounts built for how your company buys

Set up one company account, add your people, and control spending by department and category. Features roll out as each customer account goes online.

Users and roles

Add users and set what each person can do: requester, approver or account administrator. Hide categories some users should not see.

Departments and cost centers

Assign users to departments, each with its own approver and budget, so spending is tracked where it happens.

Monthly and annual budgets

Set a monthly budget, an annual budget, or both, for each department and each product category.

Category spending limits

Cap a category on its own. Example: coffee, creamer and breakroom supplies limited to a set amount each month.

Purchase approval workflow

Requests go to the right approver by email. One click opens the request after sign in, showing who asked, their department and the budget it draws from.

Approve all or line by line

Approve the whole request in one click, or turn items on and off. A lower cost equivalent is suggested next to each item.

Spend reports

See spending by department, user and category, month to date and year to date, against each budget.

Customer pricing

Signed in users see your account pricing. Orders ship from local and regional distribution centers to High Desert business addresses.

Example: a service company with 40 field technicians gives each tech a sign in. Techs request what they need, the supervisor gets an email, clicks to open the request, approves it or adjusts it, and the order goes through within the department budget.
